Well, I don't know about these two. Harper's a sixth year, and James is probably going to be seeing her hanging around Sirius quite a lot. Actually, I definitely think these two would be on fairly good terms, as Harp's also on the Quidditch team and is a Chaser with James... not to mention James is team captain, and he would have picked her for a reason, so yeah. But Harp's going to be around Sirius a lot, 'cause they're gonna be something of a something. She's a halfblood on top of that, and loves to party and to laugh and is basically all around kind of rambunctious. I think she'd see James like something of a role model/older brother, from her perspective.

Quidditch mates. She's in Ravenclaw though, but she likes to hang around with boys so I could see these two getting along. She isn't a flirt or anything, and she would likely tease James a lot for his crush on Lily.

Obviously she would know him because she is Sirius' cousin. I doubt they would get along, because Narcissa would make fun of Lily to James, and call her a mudblood and stuff and I really think that would make James hate her.
